insomnia top facts


I have this insomnia problem and i cant help about it... i tend to sleep day time and work at night... it looks pretty okay until you have to go out on day time... so i searched for couple of good habits to prevent insomnia...

take a hot shower or bath before you sleep
have a light snack before bed time
use clean bed sheets and pillows
reading a book
watchin tv without sound (only boring programs)
taking sleeping pills
exercise during daytime.. not at night
no caffeine at night/evening
no naps at day time
